This is a guided somatic experience designed to help you:

What You'll Experience 

This is a space where your body can finally stop holding.

You’ll be guided into slowing down, feeling safe, and reconnecting to yourself,  not through thinking, but through your body.

As your system begins to settle, what has been held can begin to move.

Not forced. Not pushed. Just allowed.

Through sound, breath, nervous system regulation , touch and presence, your body will begin to release what it’s been carrying,  in a way that feels safe enough.
