ABOUT ALEX

Safe Enough was not created from an idea.
It came from understanding what it feels like to live in a body that is holding more than it can process.
To feel emotions rise but not fully move. To sense that something is there, but not have the space, or the safety, to let it release.

For a long time, I realised this work isn’t in the mind.
You can understand something you can talk about it, but the body still holds it.
What changed for me was learning how to be with the body differently.
Not forcing, Not analysing, Not escaping but allowing the body to move what it has been holding.

Now, I notice what most people don’t.
I can feel when something hasn’t been allowed to move.
I can see where the body is holding tension, emotion, or protection.
And I know how to guide people back into a space where that can safely begin to release.
This is not about fixing you, there is nothing wrong with you, your body has been doing exactly what it needed to do to protect you.

This is about creating a space where you feel Safe Enough to soften, to feel, to release, to return back to yourself
My work is grounded in nervous system awareness, somatic practice, and lived experience.
I am also currently deepening this through training in trauma-informed somatic counselling.
But the core of this work is not learnt, It is embodied.

You don’t need to become someone new.
You need a space where your body can finally let go of what it has been holding.
